One Year membership fee is $100. 

Three Year membership fee is $250 ($50 savings!). 

Lifetime membership fee is $1000.

Exception: Students of Healthcare Professional Schools:  Membership is FREE

Membership is based on Calendar year from Jan through Dec. 

Membership fees are tax deductible
