Location:  Phap Vu Cultural Center

(716 Dean Road, Orlando, FL 32825)

Time:  10am to 2pm

We will be hosting a free Community Health Fair.  Our missions are: 

• Promote good health
• Provide screening services 
• Educate and provide information on hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol.

Screening services include:

• Blood Pressure
• Blood Glucose
• Body Fat Analysis
• Eye Exams, including genetic testing and fundus exams
• Anxiety Screening
• Spine and Balance Checks
• Dental Exams
• CPR demonstrations
• Oral Cancer Screening
• EKG & Heart Exam
• Foot Exams
• Lung Exam
• Ultrasound

We need VOLUNTEERS to offer and / or assist with the screening stations. 

All Sponsorship tables are FILLED for this great community event! 

Please spread the word to our Vietnamese Community that we will be offering these free screening services.  Everyone is welcomed!  Stop by to support our community!
