Location:  Phap Vu Cultural Center

(716 Dean Road, Orlando, FL 32825)

Time:  10am to 2pm

We will be hosting a free Community Health Fair.  Our missions are: 

• Promote good health
• Provide screening services 
• Educate and provide information on hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol.

Screening services include:

• Blood Pressure
• Blood Glucose
• Body Fat Analysis
• Eye Exams, including genetic testing and fundus exams
• Vaccinations
• Anxiety Screening
• Spine and Balance Checks
• Dental Exams
• CPR demonstrations
• Orthopedic Joint Exams
• EKG

We need VOLUNTEERS to offer and / or assist with the screening stations. 

We are also accepting SPONSORS for this great community event! 

• Sponsorship ($200): logo on flyers, shout outs on social media, and table set up for the entire duration of the event

Association Members will receive 50% off sponsorship fees.
